Holmes Junior High Student Council has instigated a TigerTime Penny War beginning on Monday November 3. All funds raised will go to the Northeast Iowa Foodbank. Every dollar the Foodbank receives equals up to four meals for those in need. How does it work? Silver coins and dollar bills ADD to the class total at face value. Each penny takes points away.
