Students will be dismissed for Winter Break on December 19. There will be no school December 22, 2025 - January 2, 2026. 

Weather reminder: closings, delays, and early dismissals are communicated using phone calls and text message based on the information provided in your PowerSchool account. Announcements will also be posted on the District website, District social media, and sent to local media.

Holmes was honored by the presence of over 40 veterans today, including two of our staff members. Student council organized and served a complementary breakfast to show their appreciation. The breakfast was followed by an all-school assembly to honor our veterans organized and presented by ninth grade honors history. Music ensembles performed three pieces during the assembly. There will be no school November 26-28, 2025 so students and staff can take time to recognize the things for which they are thankful. The holiday can be celebrated in many different ways: gathering family, serving your community, watching sports, reading a book, and getting ready for the upcoming winter holidays. Whatever you do take time to enjoy, rest, and give thanks. When we return to school on Monday December 1 it will be an "A" day.
