Math Peer Tutors @ Holmes Jr. High

Students that need help with their math - either due to being absent or finding a concept difficult can get one-on-one help during Tiger Time from another student through the Math Peer Tutor program. The 36 Math Peer Tutors (grades 7th, 8th, 9th) are students that excel in math and find doing math problems to be fun.

This is the second year for the Math Peer Tutors program. Luke Becker and Blair Hudson are the sponsoring math teachers. A big thank-you goes out to the Cedar Falls Community Credit Union who paid for a pizza party to reward the Math Peer Tutors at the end of the semester.
