Students: You have 34 days to become eligible to attend prom and commencement. May 15 is the deadline to get detentions served and Power School fines and fees paid, and prom guest forms turned in. Guest forms can be picked up in the Attendance Office from Mrs. Skarlis. Students who have not met these requirements will not be permitted to attend prom or commencement. It is your responsibility to make a plan with your Associate Principal and follow through with the plan if you desire to participate in these events.
We are kicking off ISASP week today. Sophomores and Juniors will take the practice test today during Tiger Time. Tomorrow, Tuesday, April 1st, Sophomores will report for testing at 7:55 am. Juniors and Seniors do not have to report to the building until 9:25 am.
April bus passes are now available for purchase from Mrs. Steffy in the main office.
A representative from Kirkwood Community College will be here on Tuesday, April 1st. If you would like to learn more about Kirkwood, please sign up on Schoology.
Follow the Tigers: Varsity boys' Soccer Metro Jamboree will begin at 4:00 pm at Columbus High School; Girls' Varsity Soccer Metro Jamboree will begin at 4:00 pm at Memorial Stadium in Waterloo; Varsity boys' Track and Field Quad will begin at 4:30 pm at CFHS.
REMINDERS: The registration for Hawkeye Community College's summer college credit program will open on April 1st. Please see the information on Schoology to sign up and register. These courses are not affiliated with the high school in the fact that we cannot see who is signed up, who your teacher is etc. Grades are however sent to your high school when the class is completed and will go onto your high school transcript. Please see your counselor if you have any further questions.
