Facility Use Requests
Thank you for your interest in our facilities. We believe school facilities should be available as centers for community participation. We are glad to accommodate when such use does not conflict with school or maintenance projects. All facility use requests must be completed through an online user account.
Register for an Account
First-time Users
To register for an account, click here on to set up a New Account. You will need to fill in the required fields and provide a copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance. Once your registration is submitted and approved, you will receive an email notification, after which you can proceed with submitting a facility reservation request.
Registered Users
If you already have an account, you can begin making facility reservation requests by clicking on the icon below or log-in here. Please note that fees are estimated at the time of the request and may be adjusted. Any organization using district facilities must meet policy requirements and have a current Certificate of Liability Insurance on file.
