MIRAE’s goal is to diversify Cedar Falls staff through the promotion and development of students of color from CF Schools into public education with the intent of employment into CF Schools. MIRAE's purpose is to recruit and develop multicultural high school students into public education for future employment. MIRAE hopes to address the national teacher diversity shortage and inequities while providing opportunities for our students throughout their educational journey. In hopes that they will be that positive change we value and need right here within Cedar Falls schools.
